Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Do you dream about riding??

I had a dream about doing no-handed skids in front of a bunch of people last night. I was also doing crazy things like spinning around on my back wheel and whatnot. The funny thing is that it felt so real, and was so easy. I could will the bike to do anything I wanted it to. Haha, I just thought it was funny. It's a weird feeling to wake up and feel like you actually did these things, and then realize it was just a dream..

Of course this dream has deep significance within your subconcious mind.

Not using your hands is a plea for help. Without your hands you can't reach out and touch your fellow human beings. You are feeling isolated.

Doing crazy stunts in front of people shows your need for acceptance. You desperately want people to notice you. The spinning you were doing shows that you feel that life is 'spinning' out of control.

The feeling of being able to do anything shows your desire to be the master of your world. You desperately want to manipulate and control your circumstances and relationships.

Either that or you just like cycling. A lot.

My vote goes for just liking cycling.

And for a serious answer to your question, yes I dream about cycling too.
