Skid Stopping?
I recently converted my old bianchi to fixed gear, and so far its sick, but does anyone have any advice on how to skid stop (and yes, I know it wears down your tires) all advice is welcomed

You must first drink excess amounts of pbr tallboys. Then, you must ascend the looming beer can mountain and meditate atop it on the zen of riding a fixie on the streets. 3 months later when you come down from your lofty perch with that ironic mustache that says "I don't give a ****!" you are ready to become one with the skid.

how the hek do you bring the back of your bike towards the side - i think it's called fishtailing - supposed to slow u down faster but i'm having difficulties bringing the back towards the side.

ambidextrious skids are my favorite. half the skid have one foot forward, than the 2nd half throw the other foot forward. add 2 fishtails in that and you're good to go.

actually, hockey stopping is one of my preferred methods.

skip stops while turning in a zig zag motion do it for me too...
