Who makes wide track drop bars?

Looking for some pista track bars, but I would like them in 44cm, if such a thing exists? Anybody make em on the wide side?

I have nitto b123's in 44cm c-c so basically about 45 total. They aren't bad for street riding. They don't look huge or anything.
To the above post. Major Taylor bars look awesome, but I imagine they aren't too comfortable.
