1mm BB spacer ok to space out fixed cog?
My chainline's off by just about 1 mm. So what I wanna do is pop on a bb spacer onto the hub, then the cog and lock ring, which should push the whole stack out by 1mm. Anyone see the danger in this on a fixed gear?
Search says a lot of people use it on conversions and SS's.

Go for it. I've used one on a cog that was too narrow for the lockring to touch. Worked like a charm.

make sure your lockring still engages enough threads after you put on the spacer.
wouldn't want to strip it.
