what do i do with all these chopped off drops? i been building ss bikes for all my friends and i have a ton of ends from flipping and clipping, along with the derailuers. what can i do with this stuff?

Learn to weld and build the craziest set of bars ever!!!

Stop ruining good bikes and handlebars?

Bar ends? Get creative. I smell an art project.

Derailleurs? Give them to me? Put them in the back of Kraynick's? Somebody will use them unless you're taking them off with a hammer or something stupid.

Glue them to helmets like devil horns.

cut the round bits length ways and glue the halves to gloves for the ultimate car negotiation knuckles

make some tobacco combustion chambers/inhalation devices out of them.

Bar ends go in the scrap metal bin, and derailers go in the parts box. somebody will want those someday whan someone gives them a nice singlespeed bike conversion and they want to actually ride it up hills and stuff.

How do I know this? Well it's spring, and down at the bike coop we've been doing a brisk business putting derailers back on nice old road bikes that had been converted to singlespeed. SO whatever you do don't throw those derailers out, don't turn them into "art". If you you don't want them give them to someone who does. There are tons of great old bikes in the world that make good reliable, inexpensive transportation as long as used parts are still available to keep them going.

Put them for sale in the Alt. Bike section?
I say you take a set of drops and add all of your clips to them till they look like Ram horns. :D

Maybe you can do a parts swap with some people.

Do you think the bar ends would work in a wind chime? You could use a chainring as the top of the chime to hang them from. Just need fishing line.

But hang onto the derailleurs.

Paint the bar ends black and rob a liquor store.
Or you can fill them with sand and hit people over the head with them.

Crazy. I had that same thought the other day with destroyed top tubes. bar ends are probably easier to come by though.

I'm tired of my chop n flops. I want randonneur bars.
