ive been riding my rollers on a single speed since i have no geared bikes at the moment

used to be that i could down shift and eventually stand a bit

but now i cant


so:

dude powder the taint and spin more evenly you might also have your saddle too high or even at a bad angle

if your getting numb you should really adjust things
