Moving to Denver..

well my buddies convinced me to move to denver from the east so now i'll be living on a floor/couch until i find some work which is why i started this thread.

i'm a mechanic now so if anyone knows of any jobs at shops or even shops to check out to put in a resume, that'd be cool. also any messenger work i'll take too. lemme know.

i'll be located over on downing & e.colfax.

thanks in advance

Welcome to the neighborhood.

I don't know about messenger work, but you might check out eleventooth.com, which is the local messenger site.

As for shops, you might try:
Salvagetti @ 1234 speer (really nice staff, very good shop)
Turin @ 700 broadway (kind of elitist, but a decent shop)
Cycle Analyst @ 700 S pearl st. (knowledgeable folks, lots of obscure used parts)

These are all very close and easy to get to.

welcome to denver.

the shops mentioned earlier are great. there's also a shop up the street from me that's actually hiring (so says their website). nice guys. check out:

it's only a couple miles from colfax and downing.
