Where to get a blue anodized 1" quill stem?

Where do you get any of your stems?

where did you order that from? http://www.kalavinka-bikes.com? I was looking around on there and there was a blue stem in the gallery section, and it looks like some of the other stuff in thre is for sale.

how did you go about ordering that... everything is in yen.

At gas stations, the kind with the little silk roses in them.

Oh? are blue stems like i mentioned so easy to find that I didn't need to ask?
