niiice, but yeah tell me about it! I've never heard of a place that had more drunken head on collision fatalities than Reche Canyon.

I usually just bike down to Loma Linda or Redlands

anyone ever spray paint the spacers that came on their kilo? I have a black stem i want to use, i think it'd look so much nicer being completely black

just buy a set in black, they're like a few dollars for a whole set and will be better than spray painting.

Just spray paint them. It'll be free and better than buying new spacers.

Im sure some of this has been covered already so sorry if its being asked again.

Is there going to be more color options available for the Kilo? Im speaking primarily about the blue or wheat. Are they just out of stock currently?

Also, are they available from anywhere, as completes without decals?

As far as I know, the blue and wheat are only available on the Kilo TT Pro, but the bikesdirect guy did say something about bringing new colors to the table in a few months.
The framesets are available without decals, but unless you buy the complete used from someone who either got it powdercoated or otherwise painted, they're going to have decals.

Oh, well then I was wrong; but what is that dark blue-ish color that I've seen with decals?

Hello neighbor!

First off the risers are MTB GT risers with an inch or so cut off the ends.
Wrapped in white Origin-8 track grips

As for components:
- GR-9 pedals
- French made clips
- White Sugino straps
- Silver Weinmann dp18s w/ 17t cog w/ Bontrager tires
- Schwinn saddle

Weird, I could have sworn there was like a navy blue pro. Oh well (and no, it was definitely not the purple non-pro).
Sorry for the misinformation (and thanks for the corrections)

+1 I spraypainted mine black, and it's decent. Might look a little sharper if I paid for black spacers, but I'd rather save up for other enhancements.

Here's my ride

Toshi double straps
Soma double cages
MKS GR-9 pedals (perfect strap/cage/pedal combo)
Giant zero-clearance fenders, fit like a dream!
Selle Italia Turbo, borrowed it from my mom to see how I like it (got a gel one on the way)
17t cog on the back
Surly lock ring
Redline chain tensioners
3/32 chain

Better pics of the front fender and clearance
