I thought you had a bike this whole time! Cool build. chain looks a bit loose though.

i'm a huge fan of those blue sugino cranks -- they remind me of the DQM-Trackstar collaboration a few years ago with Pista Concepts: https://razorapple.com/2007/03/19/tra...ack-bike-show/

i'm not much of a fan of deep-v's currently, but it does look like a fun ride!

i used to post more pictures, but lately i've been tinkering more on a handful of geared bikes, leaving my kilo relatively the same as it's been for a while, for my daily commute.

thanks man!

yours is looking super clean. i've been surprised at the large numbers of bikes up in boston the past few times i've visited, must be a good place to ride.

Ok, so I'm finally at a place where my new build is "done"...still need to swap out the stem and spacers for black ones (and possibly a shorter stem too), move the chainring to the inside for a better chainline, and actually do some fitting (hence the low seatpost height and crazy saddle angle)

Sorry for the low quality, I'll try to take some better ones later. The pics can't demonstrate the flake finish that the new paint job has, it looks awesome in the sun.

haha i have had a bike it was just not picture worthy. there was nothing special about it. just another black kilo.

the chain does look loose in the pics. but i think its cuz its crossing the chain stays a bit on the angle that i took the pic. last person to mess with it was the LBS tho, so maybe i should check it out.

can somebody photoshop my fork to the color of the new blue metal they released? i have been itching to get an off color fork for a while now.

dilemma: i love the blue of the cranks but thats anodized i think. i have access to an anodizer, but its not cheap. i really want my blues to match, but i dont want to powdercoat my cranks if i can avoid it. any way around this?

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew the exact sizing of the cog on the Kilo TT? I just bought a freewheel 17t X 1/8" only to find that it didn't fit my chain ): I just received my new purple soda Kilo TT on Tuesday...and I wanted to get the freewheel running asap ): Any information or help is greatly appreciated!

dude what are you doing w/ that brake lever? Route the cable housing under the grip tape. Also, I recomment an Easton EA30 stem.

Toast I'm digging your bike man. Tarck as ****. If I had the money for another bike I would do something really colorful/obnoxious like that. Yours does look good. I do think the crank is kinda messing it up. Those messsenger cranks are crap anyways, how is your chainline? You could just sell it and get a black Andel/Pake/Iro crank...

Yeah technically it is, but it just doesn't have the natural gradient and white spot from the flash on your camera. Also it doesn't show the sparkles the blue has. But that's a direct ink drop from a BD pic on their site.
