Never seen the old one, but this one is terrible. I have two specialized phenom saddles on other bikes (143mm width) and love them. This seat just feels goofy and wrong in comparison. I'm looking to replace it with another phenom, but having a saddle worth 1/3rd the rest of the bike seems dumb...

Correct, it is a 50cm with raceblades.

and as far as vending goes, I am sorry, I did not mean to advertise...I just really liked my new helmet and was proud of it... Figured it will look very nice with the bike, once it's decal-ed as well.

I think that seat is just for the strippers, at least thats what the photos show from bikesdirect.

Is that a 55 cm? What's your height and inseam?

I'm 5'9.5 with a 33.5" inseam and a 6'1 arm span. Don't know what size to order...

My LBS recommended this when I got the tire replaced, which btw means I now have an ugly tire that doesn't match. My life sucks.
My front tire looks like its wearing quickly too, and I've only had my bike for 5 days

It's not like I'm putting five grand worth of big chrome rims on a $700 car.

I think WoundedKnee was saying he hates the haters and a saddle isn't something you should skimp on.

That figures; you didn't miss out on anything from the original saddle.

dewthedew you're SO cool ohmygah

... nice bike though. my only complaint is that the front rim is machined and the rear isn't! if only both were one or the other.
