Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? No, you're being a ****ing moron because you got called out. Calling out a minute grammatical mistake in an otherwise acceptable sentence is a common excuse for someone when they get called out on something and think they can cover up.

It's a ****ing bike message board on the internet dude, grammar doesn't matter. You're not exactly eloquent yourself asshat.

There was nothing wrong with my sentence, other than that I typed "any" instead of "and." I make a lot of mistakes like that, since I type at 160-180 WPM, and I'm usually distracted by whatever is on the radio of TV at the moment.

If I made an incorrect assumption, I apologize. I think you're lying, but if I give you the benefit of the doubt and presume that you're being honest, then you could have simply said "I'm not that jerk," or some other such statement to clarify your position. Instead, you acted like a moron and you got called out for it.

So go crawl back into your hole and pretend like your ego isn't bruised.

Yea, you've shattered my ego catastrophically with those snarky post over the interwebz. I don't know how I'll go on 'I think you're lying' Lol @ assumptions.

Really though, it's the interweb. We're not presenting our thesis here. Correct, formal grammar is hardly needed.

And, if someone uses incorrect grammar, it is not indicative of what kind of person they are. Chill out.

Very near future means like right now.

Haha, my friend won a Cinelli frame in a race and he is offering me his keirin frame. Can't pass up a deal like that.

So yeah, my frame is for sale. A few nicks here and there, some Cadence and MASH stickers (easily removable is that's not your thing). Other than that it's perfect. It's from the last batch that was shipped. I believe it was Nov/Oct 07?

ive read almost every page in this thread trying to hammer down the correct size frame i should get, but have come up empty handed.
i read quite a few things about the BD measurements and all that, but then i found the geometry on the mercier website (which nobody really mentions, except offhand...unless it was one of the pages i missed) and the measurements are different (mostly in seat tube length and standover). i am inclined to trust the manufacturers measurements more, but everyone seems to only talk about the BD measurements. what say thee?

the mercier website is fake. Bikes direct owns the name and distributes them. its more so to make it look like a company than anything else.
as far as them being different, i have no idea.
