i'm not sure what the bars are, they came off a mountain bike and were tall enough to balance out the drop stem (made the bike with spare parts, had to use what i could get).
and yes, it's a single speed with a freewheel, though i'm not sure of the gearing (48/16 i think). built it for groceries, bar nights, and days when i'm too lazy and want to coast down hills. i've got a basket to put on to...haven't gotten around to it yet

i really want to pick up a frame sometime.

to answer some questions... I am 6' 3" and the 60 cm fits me great, i was a little nervous about it but it turned out good, and the top tube protector is completely neccessary (if it wasn't it wouldn't be there), my stem hits the tube and it was doing it a lot putting it in to / taking it out of my car.
that being said thanks for any kind words and i know the chain is a little "****" haha oh well

ok...i take it back then
did you use electrical tape for the protector?
it looks like a fun bike indeed...it would be nice to see video of that chain spinning

chain is awesome. is that something you've seen elsewhere or did you come up with that one? I remember there was talk about making a rainbow chain, but I don't know if that was you.
EDIT: after a google search I see that KMC sells the rainbow chain.

I'm 6'-3" and went with the 57cm. Seems like I could have done the 60cm, but this one feels fine.

Yeah, just some electrical tape and old bar tape, not the greatest looking, but if you tape carefully it can be okay. I'll try and get some video of that and throw it on flickr, i love the thing so much haha.

Also, for anyone who recently got their Kilo and still have it stock, can I get a final, once and for all width for the chain, ring, and cog? Are they 1/8" or 3/32"? There are conflicting answers in this thread.
