Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

run them under really hot water for like 5 mins (maybe less) then put a tiny drop of dishwashing soap inside..it'll slide on soo easy..heating them up makes the rubber way stretchy..

just dont use too much soap..but if you do, it's sorta fun to twist them around a bunch..and it makes them really easy to take off

I just use water. If that doesn't work, play some Nickelback and the grips will impale themselves on your bars.

aquanet aerosol hairspray, coat the inside of the grip and a light layer on the bar, slide it on, forget about it for 24hrs, then safety wire it on (if you're a grip twisting hammer).

A good beer spit works good too.
