Non-track pedals for double straps?
 

I don't like the way the back face on track pedals presses into the arch of my foot (apparently this is where the clipless mechanism goes and wouldn't be noticeable if they were there). I just bought double strap cages. Is there an alternative to track pedals, or track pedals without that piece of metal jutting out?

I've had the same problem. Just file it down.

I will use that as a last resort. I'm hoping there's a better/easier option.

They're not slotted for doubles, but MKS GR-9s are decent.

I use MKS Sylvan tourings w/ Soma double clips. wide, flat, comfy. no problems with pedal strike, although i really cant see how i could do it unless i was already crashing to the ground.
