Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Here's the most recent one from today. I keep upgrading - it's a disease. New here is the stem and carbon non-setback post. I also cut the extra slack in the steerer tube. I'm now running about 7" of saddle to bar drop.

It is a disease...everything I like I seem to mod; bicycles, cars, hell even my cell fone is unlocked from a different carrier.

Looking good MIN.

Don't worry, I don't actually ride my bike. I just like to post it on the Internet. You should post a picture of yours.

made fun of for.....? there're no haters in Tokyo (well, not to your face anyway)

it looks a lot more comment-worthy when those bars are flipped upside down like an evil silver moustache.

Good eye -- Pro Race. The purple tires are hard to find in the U.S. and nobody in the UK seems to want to ship them over here unless via an eBay auction. I see them up for bid once or twice a year.

adhesion promoter first, paint second.

purple tires are rare, rare rare. PM is probably a better bet than this thread unless the poster still frequents.
