I haven't seen either of the other bikes anywhere in the South Bay, but I obviously haven't been everywhere. Where did you find the Steamroller?

Menlo Velo is a Bianchi dealer in Menlo Park-- it's not too far from San Jose, and I had an excellent experience there. There was a bit of a problem with the bike at first, but they fixed it immediately and were very helpful.

I paid $570 for my San Jose.

I visited that shop a while ago and saw some nice bikes on the floor.
I was told 750 for an IRO angus "built to your specs"
