is too! it incorporates using what you learned from reverse circles and only doing it half way. its not a fancy trick move but it is smoooooth when you need to do it.

that involves learning
1st - know how to skid
2nd- learn how to do a fishtail skid where you wiggle the back wheel while skidding
Only after you have mastered these will it be easier for you to get the hockey.
you need to be able to move the bike under you in a skid to do so. it takes coordination and not being afraid.
when you are about to do it, lean forward to begin your skid and turn the front wheel in the direction you want to go, use your legs to whip the skidding back wheel to the side of you. if done right you'll have done a 90* turn and after you really get the hang of it you'll be able to combine the stop into a trackstand. hope that helps
