56?

58-62, depending on your preference. I'd guess 60.

Try to find an on-line fit calculator and pay careful attention to the frame measurements of the IRO. Guess sizing based on height alone is a tough thing, but a 60 sounds about right.

whats your inseam? i have a 61cm and its got a standover about 33 inches. you'd need a 56 or a 58 if you're like me and want to be on the smaller side of sizing.

baxtefer 07-27-07 11:08 AM

standover is irrelevant.

You need to ride to know or get fitted. Top tube is what matters.

wiredthisway 07-27-07 04:55 PM

Yeah, I'm 5'10 and my frame is 56cm.

all about TT length

gbarchus 07-28-07 12:37 AM

I'm 6' and have an inseam of 34" and I ride a 58cm bike. More importantly is the length of your femur for the seat tube length and your reach for the top tube length.

Get sized!

I'm 6' with a 33ish" inseam, my 59cm IRO is only the slightest bit small
