even if it is still in process how is that artist going to fix the spokes that doesn't go through the middle and the crooked spokes on the front wheel.

I hope for her sake it is still in progress, and the remaining work that needs to be completed is just putting a big black box over the top of it.
That has to easily be one of the worst tattoo ideas i have ever laid eyes on.
