Charge Plug frames
Any info on these?
|
any info on what the **** youre talking about
|
I have been trying to find info myself.
Nothing on here: http://www.chargebikes.com/ Well this: http://chargebikes.typepad.com/photo...plusplug_2.jpg |
Wow. that's possibly one of the stupidest frame geometries ever. It might even be worse than the SE draft.
whoever designed those things should be shot. 3 sizes. S/M/L. Constant 73 degree STA over all sizes HTA goes 70->71->73! WTF kind of road bike has a <72 degree HTA? even cross/touring bikes aren't that slack. No mention of varying the fork rake by size, but methinks that these morons wouldn't have thought of that. Which means that a Small is going to handle like a pig. TT length on the small is 53.5, but only goes up to 56.6 on the L but the ST length goes from 57-62.6cm. Geez Oh, and it's straight gauge steel (bleh - so heavy) and there are no North American distributors |
