how to sew a cycling cap
 

couldn't find anything when i searched but i suck at the internet. anyone know a good "how to" site or have any useful tips for sewing a cap?

There's a really big thread with heaps of talk about custom caps kicking around somewhere. It should only be a few pages back at the most.

There was a huge thread a while ago. You should just buy one of mine instead... ;)
