It seems as though the more I get into bikes, the more I realize there are a lot of products missing in the industry, like fork mounted headlights. Maybe I should start a company.....hmmm anyone want to donate to a good cause?

i've used this cateye mounted to my fork. easy on, easy off. there is a rubber strap that passes through a cam so you can mount it on bars, helmet, fork, etc.

I have one of these mounted vertically behind my seat bolt-- bright and lots of settings--I like the Night Rider one:
http://www.cateye.com/sites/cateye/u...cts/267-og.jpg I also run a white Knog on my right fork blade. They are really bright and the batteries have lasted thus far for 4 months w/o substantial dimming. I'll probably change it out soon. I have never really had a problem seeing at night in Tokyo (but hey, it's Tokyo). And there are no potholes or broken glass to speak of, so I'm not too worried there either. |
