Nitto makes then. They are expensive as hell, $200. A pearl or technomic deluxe is blingin enough for me.

Try a gis for lugged stem if you wanna see more, there seems to be lots.

Don Walker made this beautiful thing for Kyle, but I gotta confess I can't remember if it was lug or filet, I just remember having to look at it on my screen with shades on it was so bling.

that nitto is WAY pretty...
also, that johnny cycles one is pretty too, but, alas, it is threadless..
I guess I just have to save up mad money to get a pretty, pretty stem for my future bob jackson, hehe
and when I learn to build frames and stems, I will come out with beautiful lugged threaded and threadless stems, frames and whatever else you guys want.. just wait... it will be fantastic...

OK, now I remember. There was another thread with Don where he actually made some lugged stems out of old kits. I asked him about why it took special tubing to do it and he basically said tolerances, if you didn't mind not having a piston-cylinder fit in the top nut you could do it with any tubing, though sourcing the lugs might be tough.
