I don't think I could expect too much for $40, but you can never be to sure. I'm looking for a cheap-ish rear wheel for my bike that im swapping to fixed/SS. This seems like a cheap way to do it. thanks guys.

I don't understand why more hubs don't come fixed-fixed. It makes so much more sense.

Get a prebuilt wheel, you're not really going to save any money relacing an old rim to a new hub. Bicyclewheels.com
