Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Two Stolen Bikes - St. Augustine, FL

PM me if you Central Florida folks see these bikes for sale on CL.
From the owners:

Kaycie's!: Black Soma Rush
She's a Beautieeee!

Jason's: Blue Motobecane Messenger
Keep in mind that I tried my hardest to make it look like his bike without actually looking at it! haha I lowered the seat, added some red to the rims, made it staright bars with red/white handle grips, and even took off the brakes! But you get the idea, right?

If you see anyone with either of these, contact me right away! Or someone close to me!! Jason's in PA right now and can't do anything about finding his. But we WILL get these back!
P.S.
Repost this please!

Dunno. I'm not looking to add insult to injury by asking them.

I think he's asking how they were locked from the viewpoint of trying to help others. Like, if a bike were jacked in my town, I'd want to know how they were locked because that would indicate that there was a theif or theives about with the means of defeating such a lock. I.e. if they were locked with a cable, I'd be fine, but if they were locked with 2 mini U's, then it might be time for me to go get a chain.

You can extend that thinking to the internet in case there's somebody around that knows something about such and such lock that we don't, so we can make sure that our bikes are safe against whatever method.
