I didn't steal this, I got it from a guy who was giving a bunch of his stuff away. It was with the Austro Daimler frame and two weinmann wheels I got.

It looks a lot like a front wheel. However, my girlfriend saw an infomercial yesterday about this thing that looks like a chicken but actually makes soft-, medium-, or hard-boiled eggs. So, things aren't always what they seem.

mavic 217's are 26" rims. MTB-sized.
i wouldn't pay the $35 your asking for it on ebay.

It quite clearly says in the first pic that it's 559x17 so it's just your typical MTB front wheel. Dunno where you got the 21" sillyness from.
Also, why did you feel the need to stress that you didn't steal it?
