Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? I'm not all too familiar with all the different models, but the ultimate 81's have a rounded toe unlike the other few I have tried on. So it might be a possibility for you.

I have a fairly wide foot myself and it doesn't fit in the more pointed variety. I wear a 12 btw.

I've had 2 pairs of Ipaths, and I was pretty disappointed with the durability of the sole. I wore those ****s all the way through after about 8 or 9 months, just from walking and biking.

Truth. I wear a beat white pair and they work great with toeclips. A thin profile lets you get your feet in easy and the rubber toe shell on the front is good with clips. It's a bit soft soled though, but other than that I like them for riding

I see the ultimate 81's don't have the color I need (darker/black for work). Might try on some Mexico 88's or Budokan's next time I'm at the store.

URBAN OUTFITTERS HAS A FIXED GEAR SECTION?!?!?!?!!?

i just got my bike and i already want to quit.

jk

does anyone else rollerblade? like.. aggressive skate
because i was thinking about using xsjado footwraps. if they're good enough for skates, they should be good enough for bikes. hard, thick souls for good boot response which should be great for P-P-P-POWA TRANSFERRRRR

different models.
they go in skates like these

i have some and i'ma try them.

Not necessarily great sneakers for most people but I got them as Hand-Me-Downs from my from my sister, from my cousin. They fit into clips pretty well but overall comfort sucks since its made for Martial Arts. But I just use them for like a couple screwings around with the bike. I still prefer Samba's.

I like Puma Romas as well. Tsubo makes some decent lookin' velcro kicks.

Picked up a pair of the tigers the other day and I love them. They are super comfortable and fit in the clips really well and they are so light. I am quite pleased with these shoes, I am thinking about running in them too but we shall see I may just reserve them for biking.

Peace~
