converting 1 pc to 3 pc

I'm going to be converting these one piece cranks to 3 piece on my SS soon. Apparently i'm gonna need to replace the BB and put in an adapter to do this.i was wondering i anyone has any tips or things to look out for. I've never done this before so just trying to get some info.thanx

Don't pound the adapter cups into the frame if they don't slide right in. Make up some sort of press to pull them into the frame so they are square once you do get them in. Other than that it's simple.
