How do you store your bike?

In the house, in your bed, or relegated to basement?

Mine gets a chunk of the living-room.

mine shares the living-room with my roomate's bike. sometimes it takes over the hallway. neither of them match the living-room as well as yours though. did that happen by chance?

Um ... your sunglasses are lined up on the shelf behind the bike, which matches the decor and is being stored on the trainer with the moulded plastic wheel riser.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, but you have ... issues.

I just lean it up against a wall next to my desk (in a dorm room). Any saddle-to-wall contact leaves black smudgy marks, so I gotta be careful about that.

Bike theft is fairly common around here, so I'm super paranoid about leaving it outside.

Beater bikes are left outside the door as I'm fairly comfortable with my neighborhood and have never had a problem with them being stolen. My nice bikes either go inside (my primary commuter mostly) or into the garage.

We have a foyer that we turned into the bike room / library. Books along one wall, bikes along two others.

We have a rack holding three bikes, and our two daily bikes on that wall with the rack. Spare parts behind the rack.

On the other wall is my polo bike and three frames I'm building (Guerciotti TT, Fuji Track Pro, Bottechia).

Oh, and we have the Fuji road bike frame we are building for her sister in the kitchen.

Once my girlfriend gets a cross bike, I think we might need a little more room or another rack.

we keep our bikes in our sunroom (previously a front porch) for quick getaways.

also we don't have enough furniture to make that room nice, so it's pretty much our workshop. recently my room mate's been building a rocking chair in there for some ITEC class.

I decorated my living room around my bike and sunglasses actually.

Retem, nice bike storage. Efficient use of space.

I have a bike or two leaning against the wall in every room, but I'm planning to get a gravity stand or one of those friction fit pole stands. I'll put one in the hallway and the bedroom, and then I'll be organized.

Two hanging on a gravity stand in the kitchen. One in the back of the Jeep. You know, in case of emergencies.

Sometimes its a lot like a boarding house for bikes. Many have come and gone, thankfully most are gone, but still many remain.

The Nishiki with the bare bars sold on Ebay this morning and the Somec will be listed soon. If anyone's interested in the Cannondale's (one is a super v 3000) please let me know.<br>

yep same thing here, but that is where we store our daily rides,
I commandeered the shed out back for bikes that are beaters/neato
and then a corner of the basement for nicer bikes and mountain bike, keep them at a nice constant temp and not exposed to the climate.
