Mash was publicized as putting up the DVD and Book for pre-order, but it's nowhere to be find.

I'll be coming out, not to the race, but to the banks with my girlfriend to hopefully meet people and have a fun time, as well as group ride over to the premiere.

count on a huge bike pile. There's not a lot of parking at the church. Bring a chain and a mini-u and you should be fine. DO NOT LOCK TO THE SCAFFOLDING AROUND THE CORNER.

There have been TONS of theft due to locking to scaffolding. I'll be there for sure. Can't wait!

Look out for the movie near you... assuming you live in a city where it's airing.

Good times indeed. Ups to MASH, DQM, Cadence [that kid tom ****ing rocks - mind blowing] and everyone else that threw this on!

Gabe (one of the filmmakers) mentioned something like Dec 7 for a cross country showing date. There is something in the works to try and get a screener kit out to a lot of local bike shops and clubs and stuff and to have a nationwide small screen day all over the place. Keep an eye on their blog I guess and try to get your favorite LBS to support.

I was asking a friend the other day if the indie/non-profit theatre she worked at was going to be getting any of the bicycle film festival movies showing at their theatre and she said probably not , but if they are going to try and get it out to the LBS's for showings that would be the tits!!!

Bicycle Film Festival is tight, but there are a lot of films in it and it's a HUGE undertaking. Brendt Barbur has done amazing things to get it in all the major cities around the world that he has it in. Really truly worth the trek to the nearest spot you can to catch it. The street parties and art shows in NYC, Paris and LA were off the hook. I'm sure the rest will be equally amazing. One of these days Bicycle Film Fest is going to get a DVD together and then you can enjoy the greatest hits in the comfort of your own home.
