I'm looking for a starter fixed gear for street riding and just came across this. I was considering buying a Windsor The Hour, but the feedback was unfavorable.

I owned one. I thought the frame was a bit heavy and too flexible. The components are not great though I never had a problem in 6 months of riding (probably averaging only 50-75 miles/month). I recommend you purchase a fully-threaded forged cog to replace the crappy stamped cog. The saddle also blows.
For future reference, do a search. The Hour has been discussed to death. |
