why does nomco on e-bay sell IRO?
I thought IRO was all mail order, why does this company sell all of their stuff on E-bay? They have a frame I am looking at but I wanted to see if anyone knew what's up.

Because they bought a bunch of frames back during the sale, in hopes that they could mark them up and sell them to suckers on eBay.

I thought Nomco was the frame-maker? Would make sense for them to have extra frames.
