Shipped and delivered are, unfortunately, two very different words.

Got mine today via Clockwork. The whole package is A+, worth every penny. I'm sure if you placed an order you'll be more than stoked with the end product.
BTW, my pre-order gift was a cool mag from Japan and some stickers from local venders.

I'm guessing a majority of the $40 is going to recoup the cost of all the CGI, 'cause c'mon, really, George Lucas ain't cheap.
From the most recent trailer, we have:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VTEWIiFPDN4
I don't know why I found that date a bit strange, but I did, for some reason. Then it clicked - they've been hyping this with a trailer for two odd years, and that was a particularly memorable scene for any of us riding-at-dusk aficionados. A bit of digging in my YouTube favorites revealed the trailer from over a year ago, same scene, but, uh, different:

Rest assured, the dates have changed, but the acts of bike-related tomfoolery remain the same.
Hmm.
