and imo sloped top tube is ugly as sin.

I think that they would look/work best with minimal seatpost showing... that way you can use a flat stem and not have a ridiculous seat/bars drop (unless that's your thing).

From what I've heard over at lafixed they are built on the same jig as the khs aero track...

I guess $400 bones is a bit much for a plane old cromo frame, but for some reason I like the geometry. I would not run drops on one. Risers or some bullhorns would work.....

those are pursuit bike frames

i've seen a few around the neighborhood. they look pretty similar in build quality to the bareknuckles, but i think the bareknuckles' tubeset is of better quality.

Nope. They are "inspired" by pursuit frames, but I doubt you will see them raced in a pursuit any time soon.

Well, the seatpost clamp sometimes comes with a frameset, but it's not that strange that it's not included and they usually come sans headset.

How old is their "inspiration" pursuit bikes? Well designed pursuit bikes haven't had sloping top tubes for quite a while now....

Interesting frame - looks different for what that's worth. Would be nice to know what it's made out of and where it's made for $400 on ebay, though.

I've never ridden one, but I had a brief chat with a guy who loved his. The geometry doesn't look <i>too</i> steep, which may or may not be what you want. I wouldn't run drops, but it'd look awesome with bullhorns or risers.

I actually just picked up this frame in black at the trexlertown swap meet today, affinity had a whole bunch of stuff there, nice dudes. They had a few built up and you could see the geometry isn't too extreme. It's steel, seems like a really solid frame, not the lightest in the world but as has been said, it's def. built with more the city in mind. 350 and he threw in a BB, + it was decal free (personally i don't like the decals). I'm stoked to start building it up, first time i've done it on my own, you can all look forward to tons of annoying newb questions from me in the near future. Oh, and definitely not planning on using drops.

I got my ass handed to me by a guy riding one of these in a points race. His thighs were as big as my torso, though.

I think riding these on the street would **** with your back, but I imagine that most people doing that would probably have giant ape hanger riser bars.

You should just call them up, their shop is in brooklyn. They're real nice guys, and I'm sure they'll answer all of your questions. I like what I've seen of thier frames.

I wonder if they have non-drilled forks as an option. Also, threaded forks would be my choice if available.

Fork rake is not measured in degrees.

A 54 cm frame will not fit riders from 5'8" to 6', same with the other geometries.
