Can i let my chain sit over night in Finish Line Citrus Degresser??

You can if you want. I'd go for an hour in a jar, shake every 5 minutes.

It's a detergent, not a solvent, btw. I don't use detergents on anything I can't get them out of for sure, and that includes chains.
