Trying to get more Info on this frameset.
 

So I have this old road frame sitting around for quite some time. Its lugged steel, and about to be build up into a full fender, rain, and winter beast. I just need to know a few more things about it first. Now, I have the serial number off the head tube.. but where do I start looking/get info from this serial number?

Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

show the fine folks in the classic&vintage subforum

usually they have 5 or 6 guys who will nail it but leave out a couple of details, and then the one grandmaster steps in and puts them all to shame

at least it was that way for the whole two threads I read

might want to post this in the vintage section for getting help on identifying it.
