I've got Jalco GX 460s(I think) on my roadie and like them a lot, solid, not too expensive. Don't know anything about that set though.
I really like the new madison, it looks really classic. I also really liked last years model. No way I will be able to afford/get one around here, but I like what they've done.

I like it. Seems like a pretty solid machine.

I very much like the chrome accents/ends. It gives it a nice touch.

+1 for the frameset. That is one beautiful bike, but I'd love to build it up myself.

I love how they've taken the weight stat off their web site after all the reviews of the first one were "holy crap this thing is heavy!" Also, according to Schwinn's site it's going to ship with a 25.4 bar/stem setup, so changing the bars to something better for the road is probably going to require a new stem.

Hopefully the paint on the 08's hold up better than on my 07. Less than a year and my downtube, seat tube, and chainstays are spotty.

Someone had a picture of their Madison that they stripped the paint off the fork. Turns out the whole fork is chrome (duh). Since the stays are chrome now....

I'd like to see a quick release on the front, so it will fit nicely in my trunk with no tools. Otherwise, I like the look.

Something about the stock crankset rubs me the wrong way. Maybe it's the dark chainring on the crome arms.

Also, this bike needs some pretty rims.

I really liked the 2007's...too bad by the time I wanted one, they we're long gone. That 2008 Baby blue makes me wanna throw up.

The half-chrome look was real popular back in the 70's.

I likes the new Madison. Too bad I've already got 4 bikes up and running with another 4 frames in waiting and still another bike on loan.

Well, it is on the short list for my next bike. I think I like the 08 paint over the 07. The bottle cage mounts are an even bigger bonus. My nslbs (not-so-local bike shop) quotes me something like $500 for it.
