The Cathedral. On campus, right next to Johnson. I have no clue as to how far the rides are though.

And after trying for 45 minutes, Brian and I couldn't get my cranks off. So I suppose I'll be taking it to Bunnyhop when I get the money.

Jenkinsal2 01-15-08 06:52 PM

what was the problem how could you not get them off? I can help.

Straws 01-15-08 07:03 PM

they were just too hard. We used everything we could on the crank puller, we could not turn it enough. It jammed the pin into the crank puller. I got it out when I got home but those cranks are stuck on.

Jenkinsal2 01-15-08 07:51 PM

you guys could try some penetrating oil on them. I Have a pedro crank puller if you want to try again before you take it in with a breaker bar.

lordgold 01-15-08 08:55 PM

I've got liquid wrench. Would that help?

Jenkinsal2 01-15-08 09:08 PM

yeah spray some of that in there and set it so that It wont drip down into the BB or wrap a paper towel or throw some vasaline maybe around the opening of the BB. Leave it for an hour and do the other side then try the crank puller with a breaker bar.

zsno 01-17-08 01:02 PM

Jenkinsal2 01-17-08 03:46 PM

I plan to if it stops raining.

Straws 01-17-08 04:39 PM

I've spent all day riding back and forth in the rain. I'm actually caving in and my roommate and I are going to drive to our 7oclock classes.

I was just tired of sitting in class for 2 hours in wet jeans. It's the first time I've driven to class and I feel dirty.

Oh, I just saw someone in the library with a chrome backpack. They look so nice. he let me look at it.

Dan was able to get three of his bikes back, but yeah **** this guy. This should be reposted.

is anything being done as far as legal stuff?

It's a 50cm so it's hard to miss

are you the dude that's always parked outside of the "uptown" stretch on main near here, you know with uptown color and fat larry's and all that... at some coffee shop or something? i think i saw you sitting outside one day while i walked by (i live on lombardy between main and cary), and if it was you then i don't think i've ever seen you in my life. nor that bike, outside of the context of being locked up there.

anyway i am jacob (not bunnyhop jacob), i ride a beat up, sticker-covered 06 fuji track with risers. i wear an orange baileyworks bag with a big "BIKE" patch on it. if you have ever seen me and wanted to say what's up, do it next time because i suck at initiating meetings but love meeting new people. :P

PS: sup to all the people i recognize on here. i never really realized how many of us are on this site

double PS: here's an old pic. someone volunteer to take new pics pls

Hey! You were in my class with Condit last semester.

letsthrowfries 01-19-08 01:08 PM

The orange ourys crack you up!? Sorry, they're half of my schools colors, plus they were the only grips in stock at our lbs.

Straws 01-19-08 10:10 PM

I think they crack him up because that bar must be no more than 12 inches across. I agree. I dont know how you even begin to try to sprint with those things.

letsthrowfries 01-19-08 10:34 PM

they're bent bars that were just cut, couldn't have a barless bike.

VAwitt 01-19-08 11:06 PM

might as well
