How much? I can't imagine he would use crappy tubing for any bike.

piwonka 11-24-07 09:06 PM

just because it's 4130 don't mean it's crappy.

Says "contact us" for that one, but all the rest are at least $1,300, which does not sound like it is in the 4130 range or in the range of most messengers.

deathhare 11-24-07 09:10 PM

Calling it a messenger frame and selling it for 1300 would be pretty damn stupid.

piwonka 11-24-07 09:36 PM

he calls it a messenger frame because it is made out of tubing that is meant to stand up to street riding. he said his track frames aren't meant for intense backpedaling that street riders do and that stresses the chainstays too much.

deathhare 11-24-07 09:37 PM

Oh yeah, its those messenger that are the ones riding out there on the street. I see. http://mk1love.com/forums/images/smi...l%20smiley.gif
