Here's my freshly-dipped Track Pro. I've had it for more than a year, but it's got new paint/PC and some new parts. The PC was done by Winning Colors in New Lenox IL, (great work BTW) and the fork was done by Duane at Chester Cycles. I have CC Volos too, but there are Miche/Fusion clinchers on there now. I still have to re-glue the tubies.

thats slick dude. I'm doing the same with the old american Raliegh i picked up this summer.

I'm going a different route, though. I'm doing all white with black pinstriping around the fancy frame joints/butts. I took the bike apart last night. I can't wait to paint!

The chainstay on my FTP doesn't look like that.

EDIT: the head tube and track ends are also different from mine, what year is yours?

Had a rusty frame sitting around for too long so I stripped it down and built it up almost completely with parts I had laying around. It's an old lugged Kobe Capri that I pulled from a barn. I blasted, primed, painted, and cleared it so the paint isn't silky smooth, but I don't think I did too bad. 54 gear inches with 40t/20t suicide hub. It is a few sizes too large though.

Companies use to place dents in the chain stays to avoid frame damage when bikes were crashed. The flex from the cranks would cause it to slam directly into the chain stay, cracking it. Cannondale did the same thing for years.

Not sure why they stopped or if that's the case with the FTP.

hey, when they stripped the paint on your fuji, did then find a lot of bondo on the downtube? possibly covering up a large dent? or a "structural inconsistency" if you will?

...just curious.

Back to the part w/ Kanye West and the Brooklyn Machine Works Gangsta... I have no idea if they ride bikes or not but that bike in the pics was just used in an ad w/ Pharrell. It has glow- in- the- dark paint and all that. It may have been an ad w/ the Ice Cream skate team. So there you have it.

If someone doesnt know what Im talking about, its on page 1,210...

Sorry for the semi- off- topic- ness. Beautiful bikes everyone.

Oh yea, and BMW made a collabo frame w/ BBC (Billionaire Boys Club) and sold them at Barney's stores. And, actually, looking into it more, it seem Pharrell has some stake in BMW...
