Thanks. Its a Schwinn Continental.

Accident 02-04-07 09:18 PM

because the stem is so short on the Schwinn it looks like a strong breeze is pushing the top end of the bike back. I love the bike nonetheless!

Beautiful! I love the classic looking wheels. Very nice. Tubular or clincher? Street and/or track?

ross46x14 02-04-07 09:26 PM

I think that Schwinn looks classy.

sweet.
nice mudflap!

Sigh.

Danny's Super. This is LIGHT and TIGHT, ridiculously so.

He runs Cafe Racer in Melburn, and it's always hanging from the bike hooks outside.

Very easy on the eye.

I feel the same way.

This bike is hump-worthy.

Nice bike, but the sunbather in the background is out of focus.

WARNING: Camera Pic of a my New Schwinn Madison.
Picked it up Friday. Rode it to a bar Saturday. Switched out the bar and stem yesterday. Stock stuff was flimsy. Order a different seatpost. Sorry about the phone pic. Took it after my post lunch ride ritual of putting the lights on.

Yeah it is a medium. My LBS got a large a few weeks ago, and it was just too tall in the standover dept for me.

So far so good. On day four. New bars and stem sure helped. If you want to run a bigger chain ring than 48, then the cranks have to go as well. Only a few millimeters of clearance between the chain ring and the seatstay.

Few things are certain, my beater conversion is going to be hung up. Skids, trackstanding soo much easier.

Here you go. :) They are old cruiser bars that I chopped. They are acually really comfortable.
