What's up with sf building up sick rides, getting bored, then selling them for half price 2 months down the road? Not that I want that frame or anything.

That Bianchi is nuts. I'm envisioning an understated one color putty paintjob with a light grey "fragment design" on the downtube in... wait for it... Helvetica! Soooooo badass.

Almost finished. I need to put some toe clips on it and buy a new front tire to match the back... shredded the front one today on a chunk of glass.
A 1993/4 Columbus Specialized Allez with:
FSA Vision base bars (I will change them out when I get some old school track bars)
Shimano cranks
Sugino 44t chainring (44x14)
Torelli Bormio saddle (Italian colors) w/ Easton seatpost
Deda stem
Cervelo brake

I wonder what people think of these ridiculous looking bikes. Like, they're not mountain bikes, not really BMX and they don't really look like road bikes. Must blow their minds.

How can you waste a mass produced frame? Its not one of a kind... or original.

I would. At least then it would be properly used for something other than "looking tight". A frame like that at least deserves someone actually TRYING to use it for what it was originally intended for.

It's like using a grand touring racing car for getting your groceries.
