Thanks ZappCatt. How was the ride around the block on the Track Pro? I don't have a velo in my area so if I get one it's going to be for street use. Doable?

One more question, are the steel dropouts inserts only on the outside or are they on the inside as well?

The ride on streets is fine for me...I was not doing anything crazy, but don't think you would have any troubles.
The steel inserts are only on the outside..I use MKS chain tugs(though I just had a couple break) which seem to protect the insides.

That guy on the 3Rensho looks like his bike is about 4 sizes too small for him.

Very nice! They look great on your ride!

while my main ride is waiting for me to find a new fork... (the threading on the old fork is stripped and the headset won't stay tight)

i found a sweet little frame for $3 and i swapped my cranks and wheelset over, then scavanged up the rest of the parts and i'm off rolling again. it's got lots of scuffs, scratches, and rust, but i still dig it. the bars are like freakin wings right now, gotta chop them down soon, but other than that i like it until i get the Pake back in commission.
