Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? I owned a rush hour and it looks about right, swapped out fork obviously but the geo and the track ends match up.

The reverse fork also makes for severely stable riding at high speeds. Simplest way I can explain it is that it's like a shopping cart wheel, the wheel naturally wants to follow behind the "headset", meaning it is in equilibrium in the straight forward position, and will resist turning from that position a bit.

#1. White saddles are like white tape. They show exactly how much you ride your bike.

#2. Motor-pacing needs to come back. Drop bars mandatory.

Great shop and people (Ethan and Claire). When Ethan heard I'd driven two hours out of the way from my already half day trip, he bought pizza for us! Black Sheep's definitely one of the top shops I've been in as far as catering to a niche.

For the sake of not throwing the HUGE pictures in the thread, I've posted the down tube which if you 'click your heels' will take you where you want to go.

Ride safe

The videos of Pate were what made that photo series worth it. Holy ****, spitting up blood and still kicking ass...

Awesome haha. I've heard great things about Ethan and the shop as a whole. I went to school with a friend of the shop, named Jake, and all he did was talk about how great it is. I also hear they have a coffee stand . I will definitely make it up there soon.
