Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

stunning is right! yamaguchis are so awesome.

TTM-

i have a ton done. the orange is sweet i got mine when they were still 170 and only came black

i'd do white if i was doing it now. i probably spent 700 just getting everything up but i had a conversion that i put a bunch of the parts over from, like the cranks, so i factored that cost in too.
check my velospace for componentspec

Judging mm's from a poorly focussed shot. I love it.

How short is that wheelbase with the fork not reversed? I'm thinking overlap of half your foot or something.

A few updates make it worthwhile posting a pic again methinks...
Got myself some Nitto Randonneur bars (love them), Nitto Technomic stem, Sakae seatpost and of course new bartape.
Edit: oh yeah, i have gone back to my SDG seat again, the Concor just hasn't gotten comfortable enough yet.
I am very happy with it now. No other plans at this stage...

Yeah, it sure isn't pretty but my butt likes it...
I will be giving the Concor another chance though, it still hasn't broken in after all.

Also, you should put the rack mounts screws back it. Like that, it's a good way to get water inside your tubing.
