Not sure if his has been posted already, but you guys seem to like DIY stuff:

it can also be done with marine vinyl as shown in our DIY thread

I've done this sort of thing before, it's a good way to end up with a decent saddle. Plainly you have to make sure the saddle you want to recover is worth the effort because this isn't a way to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear by any stretch of the imagination.
