I had never seen one before last night, when the Symetrics guys destroyed the 160 lap madison on them.
I'll see them at the track again tonight and try to take some recon shots.

norco is a canadian company that makes mid/upper-level full suspension mountain bikes. the ones i've seen have definitely been about beefiness instead of weight saving, but they were nice bikes. i've never seen them do anything road related.
if you've seen a frame in the store, and it feels light enough for you and is what you would pay, go for it. i don't know anything about what grade material it's made out of, i'd try to find that out, but i wouldn't worry about the credibility of the company. they's a'ight

can't find anything at all about it on the web? all i did is type in norco and it took me right to their site www.norco.com
i didn't see a single speed, but they have a $6000+ TT bike that looks an awful lot like that frame you have pictured. i'm sure they have made a version with track ends at some point for some reason.

That's a hot TT bike. You may want to ask about the TT frame in the roadie forum, I'm sure the track frame is similar if not close to identical.

You're probably right. There's a discussion on FixedGearFever with one of the guys from Felt about how Taylor Phinney's track frame is just a version of their TT frame with track ends. Symmetrics is Norco's team, so that wouldn't surprise me if that was the case.

The site that the OP's photo came from: https://www.pedalheadroadworks.com/norco_bikes.html
$750 for the frameset. Not a bad deal, I think.

It looks like it might be a re-badged earlier version of Louis Garneau's pursuit frame (another Canadian company). Here's the '08 version with a taller seatmast and different track ends:

Sorry guys, I just got back from the last night of 6 day racing and I never got to take a shot of the Norco. I was racing when that guy was in the pits. There was a sea of aero space age frames out there mind you.

Edit: Are the DA and B2 same frames, different builds? Or is it just a matter of using a different carbon fiber?

moving target
I would ride it on the street pretty quickly. I am curious how it stacks up against the blue tr250.
plus it comes in black

The DA or the B2? I know a guy who recently bought a DA and it's the most ridiculous looking bike ever, it makes me want to start doing TTs. That and get a much better paying job.

2) I thought my custom cyclops was the only bike with that stupid aero fairing on the headtube! I'm now upset, but still erect.

Whenever you post I remember the "acid washed jeans tights" photo. Thanks for that.
