WTB KHS aero track

I know it's a long shot, and this thread may get booted (I don't know the policy on WTB threads), but does anyone have a late nineties KHS aero track frame and fork that they would sell? I'm talking about the frame with the sloping top tube, not the curved seat tube. Thanks for any input. Feel free to hate, too.

i really like that frame too

I had one for sale $350...

They pop up on ebay ever so often...

OR just go buy an Affinity Frame. Nicer Geo [NO TOE OVERLAP!] look at that **** I had to deal with daily. 1 1/2" of overlap.

The Affinity frames are also threadless...

The year after the Aero Track was discontinued, the Flite 100 was the same style (forward sloping tt, Reynolds 520) ... keep an eye out for that too.

those KHS frames were produced by the same taiwanese company who makes the current flite100's and kiloTT's.

a shop called 'affinity' buys these exact frames and sells them new. look into them. i'm not sure on the price

the Affinity frames aren't the "exact same" as the Aero Tracks. As I stated above, they're MUCH more relaxed and comfy.

Frames are like $450...

silly blickblocks, that's not prolly's bike.

the affinity bikes are not the same as the aerotrack. also, wasn't the aerotrack alu for at least one ear?

prolly - any bike can have a threadless dealio. it just depends on the fork.

the affinity forks are cute.

yuppo and I hear from several owners they are quite nice

sorry MattyO Cheerio - Affinity sells their frames as threadless. Since their forks are 1 1/8"

Forks are actually 1" I use to own one. Sweet ride and a lot more comfy than it looks. Sold it because I was in a money crunch but would definitely recommend if someone's looking for street ride.

Currently building up an affinity right now, alls I need is cranks, pedals, cogs n' tires. Still gonna be a while though ($). Super stoked about it.

I paid 350, but it was at a swap meet. They were initially asking for 375. 450 might be the actual retail price, but at swap meets you probably have to go lower to be competitive. I like this frame and I'm really excited to ride it, but I'm not sure I would've paid 450 for it, especially with a pista concept sitting at the next booth for 500.
