I think I should be able to come down that weekend too, if i can I'll bring my bike. Have you found out where you're playing those other shows? And do you think you can bring my sewing machine up with you? If ya need the space, it's cool, but it would also be cool to not deal with shipping.

are you in chicago now? our friend anna lives there, and she was thinking about getting train tickets to come out. if she could catch a ride that would be awesome, but not necessary at all.

Ok... I live in Spencer, about 20-miles from Bloomington, and commute to IU for class 5x a week, by bike.
I'm a grad student.

IMO, there's not much of a fixed gear scene in Bloomington. Or maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places.

Sure, no problem. Shop is still "in process", but functional. Warmer days (+ 45) are best, the shop is not insulated.

I'm probably moving to B-town next year. I can't stand how conservative this town is. Prolly gonna visit in a couple months, see if I like it.

Oh yeah, I'm from Socal too. I miss cali alot; esp the weather. You can't really bag on socal, its just bomb over there but I like the college town atmosphere.
